Delivery and Returns
We offer FREE standard UK delivery on all orders.
Other postage options available for your order will be calculated during checkout, including next day delivery. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
All orders received before 4pm UK time Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, excluding English bank holidays. Orders received after 4pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, will be despatched the next working day.
We currently use Royal Mail, UK Mail and Interlink Express for delivery.
For the fastest possible delivery, please order before 4pm and select a UK Mail or Interlink Express delivery option. The courier will contact you via email and/or text message (if a mobile number is provided) to confirm your delivery options and 1 hour delivery slot.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Brollied.
However, if you would like to return any items we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders placed between November 1st 2018 and December 31st 2018, may be returned until January 31st 2019, for a refund or exchange (terms and conditions apply).

We strongly recommend that you contact us before returning an item, as we may be able to resolve your problem without the need to send it back to us.
All goods returned must be in a perfect, resaleable condition with original product packaging and instructions where appropriate. We may not be able to offer a full refund unless this is the case.
Returned items are your responsibility until they are received at our premises. Unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, the cost of returning the goods is at your expense. The standard delivery charge paid will be refunded if returned within 14 days of receipt, in line with distance selling regulations, but bear in mind that standard delivery is usually free for UK customers.
In the UK, if you do need to return an item, you may find that it is cheaper to post it via a courier rather than through the Post Office, especially for long umbrellas. Check prices by searching for "parcel comparison" online. Don't forget to enter the full dimensions (height, width, length and weight) of the package you want to send and, as mentioned above, we recommend you choose a service which offers proof of posting and confirmation of delivery.
